Description Bramblemoor is ideally positioned on the southern slopes of Dartmoor National Park, to offer a most varied holiday at any time of the year. Set within 3 acres of grounds, the garden and smallholding (with poultry, sheep and goats) are run on organic principles. The sound of the River Webburn running through the valley below provides a constant backdrop to the interesting flora and fauna. The owners have to share the garden with visiting badgers, deer and foxes, and in favoured years are serenaded by a nightingale. The 1 bedroom cottage is very sunny, and extra cheer in winter is obtained from the log fire ( free supply of logs) The owner’s watercolours decorate the walls of this well appointed cottage. There is a well equipped kitchen and bathroom ( bath with shower over) and a combination of ‘eco warmth’ and night storage radiators. The cottage is ideal for 2, and is open all the year round.
