Our team of experienced craftsmen are based in the South West of England (Dartmoor), specialising in the maintenance and renovation of listed buildings and period property within the local area.

As well as this we offer a friendly, expert service on all kinds of domestic and commercial building work

With our experienced and professional team we can handle any form of Building, Refurbishment or Maintenance work you may require.  From repairing your leaking gutter, covered by our minor works team, to a full property refurbishment we can deal with it all.

A major source of our work are Listed and Period properties and we aim to deliver the best possible service we can as we know how important these buildings are to the owners and to the heritage of the countryside. We work sympathetically with Property owners, Local/National Park Authorities and English Heritage in the maintenance, repair and refurbishment of these historic and important buildings. The South West is a prime area for this type of property, situated in beautiful countryside settings around Devon and Cornwall. The work we provide on these buildings is, and always will be, up to the highest standard. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and the Guild of Master Craftsmen, and are government trustmarked and warranted due to the fine work we do.

Traditional slate roofing, (including Delabol Rag) stone walling, lime pointing and rendering, are all covered by our dedicated team.

Refurbishment, extensions and conversions of any other types of property can also be taken care of by our team. We also have our own Joinery shop producing high quality Hardwood and Softwood Joinery, including staircases, windows, doors, bespoke furniture, wardrobes, cupboards, shelving and mouldings.
