Offering peace, tranquillity and unrivalled views, this recently refurbished detached cottage which was recently featured and recommended in the BBC Countryfile magazine, is situated on the owner’s 40 acre estate within the Dartmoor National Park. Enjoy some lovely walks direct from the cottage, fish for trout and salmon on the property’s section of the River Tavy or you may also like to try your hand at falconry which can be arranged on-site through the owners. Alternatively, just relax by the Willsworthy Brook in the secluded woodland garden. Horses are welcome as the estate also has a working livery yard. Nearby is the award winning market town of Tavistock with its famous market, shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches on the south coasts of Devon and Cornwall are easily reached. Nearby attractions include Lydford Gorge, Castle Drogo and historic Plymouth with its Hoe, Barbican and National Marine Aquarium.
