The giant oak sculpture, which stands near Widecombe-in-the-Moor on Dartmoor, Devon, was built two years ago by artist Henry Bruce on private land without planning permission.

When it came to the attention of the Dartmoor planning authority Mr Bruce was granted retrospective permission providing the chair was removed by March 2009.

So is this sculpture an eye sore on Dartmoor or a feature welcome on the landscape, vote, lets see what the public opinion is.
