Vegetables, fruit and herbs used in this kitchen are likely to have been grown in the village gardens or purchased from Tavistocks award winning Farmers market, offering a refreshing choice of truely seasonal fayre. Vegetarian dishes are created by Chris with the same genuine appreciation of good food and excellent fusion of flavours that everything on his menu is given.
